What attracted you to doing this?
My passion for games design was a huge influence on my carreer path. I decided to learn how to program well by doing a Msc in programming and then came to a small studio to learn even more. Now the studio is getting pretty big and i'm still learning more each day and i've been here for two years!

What are you most proud of in what you do?
Seeing a completed game and then seeing people playing them on the streets or on the train.

How did you get to where you are today?
I think my MSc looks quite impressive on my C.V., and the course helped me learn lots about my chosen profession. I think when it comes to getting a job, HR is very subjective, so being positive and polite and lucky got me very far! Most of my training was before I started this job, in the form of my two degrees, but I learnt alot from the people who were already working here and have been doing this stuff for years before I was even born. I listened to what they had to say, and started to learn more and more.

What advice would you give to someone thinking of following your path?
Study hard, work hard and read lots of text books. Be prepared to work long hours it's worth it in the end.
