Applicable to companies of all sizes, the Manufacturing Planning and Control Group provides a forum for the exchange of ideas and information and for the sharing of common problems which both IfM member and non-members are welcome to attend.

Many have heard of JIT but few people get the chance to truly understand the whole concept in practice.  The JIT Game has been devised to enable you to clearly understand the relationship between customer demand and inventory, the importance of batching and the impact of bottlenecks within a system.  This is a highly interactive and participative evening, the implications of which may have an immediate impact upon the way you organise your company.

Costs and booking
