Make a note of the day: May 21 2010. That's the release date for Shrek 4 (aka "The Next Shrek), which yesterday became the first movie to book itself a slot in the 2010 film calendar - despite the fact that it does not actually exist yet and is unlikely to begin production for at least another year. Even so, Shrek 4 is not likely to remain lonesome for long. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and the 23rd official James Bond film are both reported to be currently poised to book themselves an official 2010 release date.
