From the Arctic to the tropics to deepwater, they provide a complete range of services, including program and project management, consulting and technology services.Offshore Structural EngineerThe Project is for the detailed design of a large jacket, which is to be designed to support an equally large topside. Candidates must have a good track record in the design of large jackets, preferably barge launched. The position is the most senior technical position, and will have all disciplines - Structural, Naval Architecture, M&E, Geotechnics, Draughting reporting to him/her. Job responsibility - Responsible for design, specification and services related to large Oil and Gas projects. Under broad direction, supervises and leads a group of engineers. Sets the technical standards and procedures of a group of engineers and designers. Conducts various aspects of performance management such as performance appraisal or counselling of employees with behaviour or technical performance problems and assists in the interviewing, hiring, and assignment of new personnel in the discipline. Job role is responsible for a measurable asset such as an assigned staff and budget. Administrative or supervisory responsibilities at this level include tactical responsibility for supervising engineers on all projects requiring this discipline. There will be an element of travel to the field (offshore Australia)Candidate requirements - Minimum degree in structural engineering- You will be Chartered- You will have experience of managing teams of multi-disciplined specialists- You will have extensive experience in offshore Oil and Gas projects in a design engineering capacity.

The projects are centred on the goals of reducing carbon dioxide emissions and assisting affordable warmth.The Head of Data Systems is critical to the ongoing success of the organisation. The data to be managed, enhanced and developed includes their call centre, lead generation, grant management and GIS and data mining / modelling systems.Technically you will be skilled in Microsoft's SQL Server database, you will be able to run / write and extract reports using VBA. You will be able to maintain and develop the SQL Server database systems. Ideally you will also have .net skills too. The database and systems work will split roughly 60% maintenance and 40% development. The data systems are a mixture of in house, bespoke systems and pre purchased packages.
